This clinic sucks. They're only after money and not providing good service. Its a total waste. For those who have insurance. Better look for another clinic nearby.

That 1 rating is only for the guy owner who apologized for our utmost inconvenience. I’d give 0 to his wife dentist if I could. No knowledge of customer service whatsoever, and wouldn’t acknowledge accountability for her staff’s incompetence! Instead of saying sorry, she had the audacity to even get mad all because we got mad! Seriously!?! We travelled all the way to SM Consolacion for over an hour because of the traffic only to be told that we can’t be accommodated because they can’t verify the insurance coverage because it’s already past cutoff—and we weren’t told there’s a cutoff when we called and informed that we’re going to avail of their services under insurance! And she as the owner can’t even feel sorry for us and got annoyed instead! Crazy! What a huge disappointment! My advice to others—avoid this establishment! I’ll surely tell everyone we know to never go here too!
