WARNING TO NON-CITIZEN VISITORS - my dad went to this "hospital" for kidney stones. They do not perform the typical American blasting procedure. However, they kept him in their hospital for almost 2 weeks administering pain medicine that they ultimately sent him home with while he waited for a different hospital to open who will perform the blasting procedure. HERE IS THE WARNING... they will NOT let you leave the hospital without paying the bill in FULL. He was basically kidnapped, the nurses would not remove the I.V. port, the staff refused to wheel him downstairs to talk to the Billing Department, and would NOT let him leave the hospital to go pick up the money the I sent via Western Union. I had no choice but to send the money to a friend of his who I don't know very well, but had to trust that he would ultimately receive the money. IF TRAVELLING TO THE PHILIPPINES, BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE TO GET A FULL CHECKUP BEFORE GOING!

It was okay at first but then the next visits were dreadful and very unsatisfying. We are never going back to this terrible hospital. Even some of the staffs are equally terrible at taking care of the patients as well. The machines are broken, the rooms are not presentable and the the staff are rude. It's The.Worst.

No doctors in their Emergency Room on a sunday(9-29-2019) you need to wait for hours for the doctor. There are other patients that really need immediate attentiON. WORST SERVICE and VERY EXPENSIVE for a semi private hospital. NOT RECOMMENDED.

**Way too expensive!!! The medicines are too expensive in the hospital pharmacy. I thought hospital should be helping in treating the people to get better but instead they're not, they're just making money twice the average price from the drug stores outside the hospital. ** Some doctors are just making money but not really doing what they're supposed to. should be discussing the patient's condition and why that happened.. Instead all they did was show up once and then if you're not going to ask for the result of the laboratory you paid, then they're not going to tell you also. Some doctors will just show up with their stethoscope and check the patient and ask questions to the patient, after that, they leave.. For real? Like, I understand it is our job to asked questions to doctors but since doctors are the experts they should be the one informing the owner. ** staffs are not knowledgeable, they have different information from each other when you asked. ** ICU nurse are friendly **the hospital is nice but if you want to save and still have the same kind of service then don't come to this hospital.

We were overcharged. And there were too many laboratory tests, all came out negative but my father is still getting worse. We got a room but it's way too hot. Worse, the diagnose is wrong. We were seen by a doctor two times, and we're shocked that the doctor's fee is 3,000 pesos plus. We transferred to a different hospital. Some of the staff are nice.Their phones don't work.
