Oh yes this developer is spot on.

A welcome progress in the island of Panglao. I have seen a lot of photos of friends coming here but it was the first time I personally did. I am impressed at how much better this place actually is than in the photos. I am proud to say that I have not had the pleasure of visiting a similar mall in Cebu where dining and view are mixed at maximum. There are a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from depending on your budget and you can stroll around the mall or on the beach with both activities guaranteed to give you a pleasing experience. It is a bit of a long drive from the city though but pretty close to the resorts in Panglao. Parking is a bit of a hassle though since a lot of pay parking spots invite you even before you get to the mall making the impression that the parking spots in the mall are full. No signage or a guard to guide you with the parking. If they could improve that then it would definitely be a 5/5 experience. Still, this place is a must-go for anyone who does not mind the long drive from the city or those who would like a variety of choices in a single impressive site. Nice view, many vacant spaces for rent. Nice view fronting to the sea. Love the ambiance, lighting is good at night.

Very clean. Easy covered parking for our big Toyota pickup. Great ocean view. Beautiful beach. Many restaurants to choose from.
