Got a lash lift, and the service was very bad. The Staff was very noisy, and one of them was listening to really loud videos of people eating. Didn't really make a Nice atmosphere.

Very good professional massage (aroma and Swedish we tried), cozy atmosphere, decent prices comparing to average in Alona. Pedicure was also good. They are very cautious about cleaning things - instruments are sterile and carefully packed.

The hairdresser is very unprofessional.I booked yesterday for 10:30 am today.The girl told me that the hairdresser will come at 11 am and then suddenly changed it to 1pm.He is wasting my time.They don't even say sorry.And I asked the owner's phone number they said they don't know. One of the staff told me that the hairdresser is always like that.Always late and not reliable.So before you come in this salon be sure that the hairdresser is already there and better not to booked as well.Just go there... I am so upset..To the owner,be sure if you hire the hairdresser,he/she knows what day it is.

Really poor service, rude staff and treatments really disappointing. The salon looks good but I would advise not going here! Pick one of the salons or massage places in not such a prime location, they offer far better service and are friendly to customers

worst place ever. they dont know how to do anything. went for leg waxing. they use cloth pieces and one small popsicle to apply the superhard wax on your leg. it took me 1hour 45mins for half leg waxing... and that too I had to guide her the lady. it was a shady back of the salon with crumbled bed with bedsheets on it. will never recommend the place.the service is bad.. people are not trained at all.
