Alindahaw Lakeview Resort

Designed for both business and leisure travel, Alindahaw Lakeview Resort is ideally situated in Lakewood; one of the city's most popular locales. The hotel is not too far from the city center: just 49.0 Km away, and it normally takes about 45 minutes to reach the airport. With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

They didn't reply on messenger and their website is offline. They refer to their FB page with new updated prices from 2018. So we decided to take a look for ourselves and drove 1 hour from Pagadian to Alindahaw. This place looks abandoned, needs lots of restoration. Temporary closed read the sign in front of their resort. The lake is great but unfortunately no resorts or beaches here.

Getting to Lakewood or Alindahaw Lakeview Resort is easy. You can take a “van” commuter from Pagadian City. Lakewood is about 42 kilometers from Pagadian City where you can take a van commuter. An alternative is that you can take any bus that passes by Tubod and get off there. From Tubod, you can take a van or a motorbike for hire (called ‘habal-habal’) to Lakewood. It is 12 kilometers far from Tubod to Lakewood or Alindahaw, Biswangan (or Bisuangan)..

A beautiful resort surrounding one of the largest lakes in Mindanao. Families can gather to swim in one of the many pools or ride the kayak, zipline and relax. Restaurant is well designed with delicious with affordable food. Staff is courteous. It is quite far from the main highway, but the roads are well paved.

Loved doing the zipline over the lake, I've never done anything like that before! Would definitely visit again.
