December 2, 2017 we have patient at ICU, we are sitting at the waiting area on the second floor towards ICU, sitting there from 2:30pm until around 6:30pm on the day of December 2, 2017, at first nurse station going to ICU, the nurses on duty are very noisy means high pitch of voice, which in fact there is a signage QUITE PLEASE, are this sign is only for visitor of the hospital of patient of it is applicable to all?, and it seems that dont care of their voice is too loud, especially this nurse named HAROLD, suddenly he speak like (ngo-ngo, means a person speaks with a cleft lip), so we decided to approach their station just to tell them what they are doing...I think they should act professionally...I am addressing this matter to the HR of the hospital, it seems that some of the nurses dont care...hope that there will be action to be taken by the Human Resources...Thank you....

Hey you guys, I dont normally do this. its my first time to have a check up done in Sta Maria Josefa Hospital, I'm a manila boy and just came here for a visit, ufortunately i had a flu and may need to have a check up for me to request for a medical certificate, i did try to check online and was able to fund out that this hospital is affilliated with card i have, At first I wasnt quite sure what kind of people/staffs the hospital has but i can say that they are all fantastic :) the doctor is really nice and i want to put a stress on this, KUDOS to the nurse that has facial hair i dont know his name i havent got a chance to know it, with the way he assisted me earlier t'was beyond and above expectation, not only you're good-looking but you also have a good sense of companionship and hospitality :)

How I wish I can rate no star or half star rating.😈My experience to this hospital just happened 2 hours ago, which forced me to google this site and write a letter of complain to this institution. So, this is what happened. My aunt was rushed to this hospital due to the complaint of Chest Pain , she was febrile and really had difficulty breathing. She was uneasy and even went to the bathroom twice because she was uncomfortable and cold. Exactly 10:07 in the evening my cousin was interviewed about the case of my aunt and was told to just wait for the Doctor.NO NURSING INTERVENTION RENDERED. Did not even ask the nurse to just relax.It was just like PURE INTERVIEW. I was kinda cool with the waiting thing because in reality Doctors are really like that. Patients always adjust,but with the interview and no intervention was rendered?? Ow,Come on! They treated us as if we were not around and the patient was well in fact she was not, it was like past 10:30 that it was our turn and no one even offered my aunt a space where she could lie down. If it wasn't for my other aunt who was there and asked the very "CARING NURSES" 😤😝😫there where is the Doctor because the patient's Chest is really painful. Chest pain is not an easy condition. They should prioritize that due to the possibility if Cardiac Arrest and it's going to be their fault and I will sue them NEGLIGENCE if that happens.So,when it was our turn now the worst part had happened! THE PATIENTS RECORD SHEET WAS GONE! When it was time to ask the Blood Pressure of the patient the nurses were speechless because the paper was gone. They were like crazy guys all searching for that piece of paper and the Doctor even asked the patient her Blood Pressure then Ascultated my aunt after that the Doctor left without any word. WHAT WAS THAT!!! A nurse with an arrogant voice said, "ULITUN TA NA SANA" ulitun??? Then my patient will wait again? The Doctor even left. THAT WAS THE SLAP ON MY FACE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL NOT HELPING TO HEAL MY AUNT. They were the ones who put us into a stressful condition. I thought Nurses should be an Angel of the Sickroom. If their definiton Angels would be like that. I THINK THEY NEED TO BE EVALUATED IF THEY REALLY ARE AN ANGEL OF THE SICKROOM.😂 No hard feelings, I was just sharing my experience. Among the hospital here in Iriga I was the one who told my family to go to Josefa that's why I felt that I committed a huge mistake endorsing this hospitaL because I was thinking that this is the best hospital here. I guess I now know what to do next time whenever I got the chance to endorse hospital. I'll say..........😈😇

Most of the foods are not the one that patients need to take. More fruits please. Instead of dried/fried meat.

The staff and doctors are very kind and accommodating.
