If you are coming from Cebu City, going here is quite tricky. If you are coming from downtown, look for 01k PUJ (public utility jeep) bound to north or going to parkmall. You need to ASK the driver if it will go in or pass-by CDU (Cebu Doctors University) or Cebudoc. Coz sometimes they are going straight to Parkmall without passing CDU or Cebudoc. Jeepney fare is from P7.00 to P10.00 depends where you came from. This is also the best way if you’re going to Mactan or Lapu-lapu if you're coming from south/downtown via PUJ. If you are coming from Ayala Mall, you need to ride PUJ 04L or 03Q or 06H bound to SM Cebu City. Then just ask the driver to drop you near where you can ride 01K going to CEBU or Cebu Doc. PUJ fare is P7.00. If you are coming from North of Cebu via PUJ or PUB (public utility bus), just ask the driver to drop you in North Bus Terminal (NBT). On the other side of the road, you will find 01k PUJ passing-by going to parkmall that it will pass-by CDU or Cebu Doc The picture i attached are taken Feb. 06, 2019.
