I bought an electric generator from this store online. They are also known as “powerhouse” in Lazada. After three weeks, the generator was due for its first oil change and this is when I found out that the generator has a broken part; it’s air filter was loose. In fact it was just hanging. I didn’t see this when it was delivered since this part of the generator was concealed behind the top and side panel and you have to unscrew these panels to see it. Since the generator was due for oil change and filter check, I opened it as per manual. I communicated with them and they readily replaced the defective part. Thank you.
