I usually don't write reviews but I feel the need to right now. I availed of the Signature massage for 1.5 hrs yesterday at Sm Manila branch. I came in stressed, I went out with back ache on my upper back. I thought it would go away after a few hours. But until today, my upper back still hurts both left and right side. Seems the muscle is swelling. I just wish it would go away with Salonpas tho. Also, the 1.5 hrs seems like 1 hr. I asked the therapist after if that's 1.5 hrs, she said yes. But when I looked at my wrist watch, it seems like it's just an hour since we started the massage. I wonder if the waiting time was included in the package tho. Lol. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here.
