Done my lash extensions a couple of times and loving the results. Would love to try their brows tattooing soon. Staffs are courteous and lovely

Went to Strokes in Greenbelt 1, service was good but the staff were very unprofessional. They kept talking to each other the whole time I was there with other customers (we were quiet), staff next room was really noisy too. Shouldn't be like that when you're lying down and room was dimly lit, supposed to be relaxing and peaceful. When it was just me left they talked even louder and was eating, even the staff that was giving me massage. One hand on my shoulder massaging and one hand on the food. Very disappointing!

Staffs were rude and my wife wanted a retouch on her eye lashes. This retouch was paid inclusive of the bill and they did not honor the service. They not only initially refuse to retouch her but when the manager did acknowledge the receipt offered to have her do it in three months! The reason for the retouch was that the brows were uneven. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you care about yourself I would look for alternative providers.
