The staffs said my menu (Keratin treatment, Lash addict and lash perm) will take total of 2 hours and half only, that’s why I requested. However it took 4 hours and half... ruined my schedule on the busy Friday.... even no apology on this when I pint this out. The tape they use for eyelash menu was very bad for skin, my skin is now red and swelled because of this. I expected better service since it’s Japanese salon. (Japanese owned salon)

Roberto is an excellent stylist. The service is wonderful. They really make you feel comfortable and look fabulous.
