My daughter did a full face wax, and the employee did not know how to properly wax, and took over an hour for the face wax without even properly finishing and cleaning. It took so long because she did not know how to properly wax- size of the wax strip was too large, did not hold skin taut, wrong direction, and got wax in her actual hair. she also went too close to her eyes waxing nearly at her under eye. by the end of it my daughter was so frustrated she was in tears as the woman kept repeatedly waxing the same large areas over and over and the session continued beyond an hour. Even as my daughter was crying, the employee asked if it was hurting and she said no, because it was not the pain that was making her cry. She still continued at the same pace without minding her crying that we had to ask to end the session before the employee wanted it to be done. The reception was not sympathetic afterwards.
