Have fully paid my suv May 2020 but until today have not received my CR! No one answers the trunkline! My agent who sold the unit to me is of no help! What do i have to do to get my CR?!!! Can somebody help?!

I just want to report a concern. Last year, during the start of lockdown, they stopped collecting amortization from my auto debit account, without notice. Then someone called from them thay they stopped collecting due to the bayanihan act. Before that, I never missed a single payment for the amortization. Since last year I am requesting for my statement of account to fully pay the remaining balance. I asked representatives from Toyota Shaw, I asked a representative from TFS, and I also reached out through email. But no statement of account reached me. But today, another representative of Toyota Financial Services called me today informing me that I have to pay for interest and penalties for my amortization. I hope you can help me in this matter. I have fully paid our car since Feb 2020 and as of writing, they have not released our original documents (Car CR and Deed of Sale). Their staff is not qualified to handle financial accounts, saying there is a balance when the SOA clearly states ZERO balance. I did not have this issue with my other car which was mortgaged through a bank.

no one is answering the phone. need to ask the total balance so i can settle it but how if no one is from the cust care
