Sales agent was very accommodating. My first PMS check up with them was smooth and fast. However on the 5K PMS also where they replaced my chrome parts that the car had to stay for 5 days. When its time for me to claim the car, we noticed that my CREAM colored seat covers were a MESS, with animal oil prints everywhere. They tried to deep clean it with a vacuum stuff but it was no success. Now my car stinks because they used water to clean but didn't dry it properly, it smells horrible.

I just picked a licensed plate and it was past released and the staff are courteous..
