Rude staff. Period! My friend and I went there at 5pm today, Jan 30,2020 and asked for a foot spa, manicure and pedicure for the two of us. We were told that the next available service will be at 6:30pm. We were asked to sign in our names with our contact details. I told them if they have an earlier available service they can just txt me since we will just be around Greenbelt for the next 1 and half hours or until they call us. I didn't receive any txt or call so i just decided to go there at around 6:45-6:50pm.There is only one customer so I thought they are waiting for us. But to my surprise nobody’s attending to us, i dont know if they intentionally want us to leave or they all dont want to work! But before i left a staff told me if u want sir we can do the manicure and pedicure without the footspa, and that is the last straw! How dare them tell us what they only want to do and not the one that we want them to do for us. We are paying customers. Btw if u have CCTV. Inside, you can verify all that is written here. Start at 5pm so it will be easy. And also i just had my service last week in your place when I arrived from the US Jan 18, 2020. As u can see I’ve been a regular customer in your place, sad to say i wont be coming back anymore. Look at your log in, i put my number in there, under Ramon and Jonathan. The lady with an eyeglasses in the reception is an A-hole!

It is recommended for you to set an appointment as Saturdays are usually full. There are massage chairs and you can have a back massage while having your nails done.

I did my toes gel here and it was good! Clean place, down side is not much colour selection.

I like my regular lady but there are plenty of rooms to improve. Say the use if credit card. They only accept cash. Another thing, piandre and bruno offers refreshments, they should too.....
