Bonoan dental clinic? geez! just for a cleaning, i had to wait for a merely 3 hours and i came in early by the way.

The elevator screen outsode have no clear numbers its like alien numbers and its so dangerous. The doors cant wait to close, it was not even full of passengers. Thank goodness my hand did not caught up or else I would have my hand amputated by their elevator.

Bonoan Dental Clinic at 18th fl, Medical plaza Makati. The Services are good. But I don't understand why companions are not allowed in the waiting area. Where will they go while waiting?

Had the worst unprofessional experience at med asia. I suggest not to have any waxing service here. I've been to almost every waxing salon and this was by far the worst service. Staff would smile at you however the one who attended to me was condescending and inconsiderate. Staff should know the do's and dont's and I extremely hated when their staff kept rubbing on my skin where in fact it shouldn't be rubbed because the area is sensitive after waxing. Obviously, I already pointed out to her that there was a slight bleeding but the staff ignored it. How can you ignore a bleeding skin and not treat it in a delicate manner?! I'll never go back here. I was not happy at all. I'd rather go to a different clinic with well oriented , knowledgeable, trained and concerned staff. Hopefully, this wont happen to anyone.
