Worst experience ever, staff has a bad attitude! When i bought the mini size bag SHE did not put in the box like others gucci brand used to.When we went back to ask for a box SHE insisted that it is only provide a gift purpose. But she had never asked us if this will be for a gift. If it is not for a gift, then i cant get any box from gucci? In the end, SHE brought me a super huge box and said they dont have box for the mini bag, they only have this size(a box that have double size from shoe box size). So we had to accept it. While we are waiting for a car, we saw someone carrying a small size box from the Gucci shop and we did recheck again with other friend who also bought the same exact model of gucci bag, he let us see the pictures of the box he got. That was not a huge size also. It was not about we did not get a box but we felt that they did not pay attention and they did not even try to assist us with their best that we supposed to get. We are really disappointed on this point!!
