Inside Out Laundromat

Im not one to write reviews but I just had to for this business. We went to have our laundry done by them thrice because our usual laundromat was closed during ECQ. The first time everything was fine, but we found a towel that wasnt ours in our load. The second time they did not return the laundry bags we brought our clothes in and told us they could not find it (after repeated follow ups from our end and none from them). They also initially gave us the wrong set of laundry, saying there was a similar unit number to ours and that was why there was confusion. The third time they lost our bathroom rug and told us they had no refund policy (even for the amount we paid to have the specific item washed, which was in its own load separate from our clothes). I also found some of my yoga bras with holes and snags. Despite our repeated demands for reimbursement even just for the amount we paid to have our bathroom rug laundered, they never got back to us. Definitely will not come back here again.
