Worst service, they not give us the receipt but we had paid, and they ask me to pay again. 👎🏻. And they missed out my bed cover sheet. Last, sometimes when i go pick up, they said not yet done. The staff very lazy and not responsibility. The worst laundy i ever go.

The worst laundry service I’ve ever encountered. They don’t answer texts and inquiries on phone, delivery and pick ALWAYS delayed - minimum of 2 hour delay. You have to remind and call otherwise your laundry won’t be picked up or delivered at all. The total charged amount also keeps on changing - they don’t text you the total amount even when you ask. Upon pick up, price is ALWAYS different from what is written. When you ask why, they say a certain item is charged differently. Clothing / comforter ALWAYS left behind, and when you inquire thru text, there’s no reply. When you call - no one answers. Upon going to the shop - they keep looking for someone who can explain - person is on break, not here, etc. Staff are impolite and lazy. This is the only laundry service near my place so I have to deal w them until I find a new one.

Clothes weren't ready on time (didn't even start to clean them) told me to come 2h later. Still wasn't ready in time, even though I waited an extra 15mn. Had to tell them to give me the clothes while they were still somewhat wet because I had a plane to catch. On the plus side they were really nice and tried to be helpful, hence why not just 1star.

Bad service, normal speed is 3days, after the contemporary time, they will tell you to wait another three days.
