There is a good reason why PRO Cleaning Services has disabled the review feature or public posting on their FB page. Summary: First-timers, before you agree to a full-on service or package with them, try them for a small item first, like maybe carpet shampoo -- if you want to risk it. Their customer service response (through Charlene) was fast and pleasant, and because of this, I decided to go all-in and get their P6,000 general cleaning package including "deep clean" of my carpet, sofa and mattress. They were also accommodating when I rescheduled our appointment two days before. First, their packages are vague and not customer-friendly or cost-effective in terms of inclusions. The P6,000 I paid doesn't include the shampooing services. This just includes vacuum of my unit (about 37sqm), and items mentioned. This was not clearly explained by Charlene, although it was technically vaguely stated in a text message that "shampooing requires additional time." To their credit, because of this, they included the shampooing in the fee instead to make up for it. However, and this is the major issue, the cleaners left the shampooed items wet. It wasn't just damp, it was wet. They didn't leave care instructions to me or my cleaning lady (supervising at that time) about what to do. My cleaning lady spent two days airing out my condo, and using electric fans to dry my sofa, carpet and bed. Again, we weren't told that they would leave it like that, and what to do. If we left it wet, the furniture and carpet would have reeked of dampness and "kulob." To add to that, the cleaners accidentally ripped the fabric of my easy chair. This was not a cheap easy chair from a supermarket, this was a winged easy chair from Heima, a very reputable local designer furniture store. I've had that chair for years, and had it cleaned it without incident. The cleaners did mention this accident to me, but as self-professed professionals, this kind of accident was surprising and alarming. I've expressed all this to Charlene of Pro Clean, and she was polite enough to listen to my issues, but I needed to write this entry to make sure others are informed of possible issues with them. I do sincerely hope they improve, and not take it for granted that Filipinos are "forgiving." But again, think twice before getting Pro Clean for a job bigger than single item cleaning.
