I guess I was extremely lucky , what with these bad reviews. I had a mattress that is only four years old. It was kinda dirty - haggard looking in general . After a four week in patient treatment at St Luke’s I still have issues. Ergo , one big urine stain and a small leakage of hemorrhoid medicine .... Ate was precisely on time and my mattress looks new, smells awesome too.

I have been availing of Prestige Housekeeping's services for almost 5 years. And I would say, that I am a very satisfied customer! Their rates are reasonable and quite affordable compared to other cleaning companies . Plus, since their rates are fixed, their cleaning is not timed - they work until the whole house is cleaned - no rush. Highly recommended for those who are tired of the usual kasambahay. Kudos too to Rosalie, my almost personal housekeeper in Prestige. I always request for her every time I need cleaning.

Highly recommended cleaning services with professional and excellent customer service. Hassle free booking and very good rates. Have reliable, punctual, and very well trained cleaners. Have been a regular client on a monthly cleaning schedule for my place. Job is always well done.

We had a very bad first experience with Prestige Housekeeping. I would urge anyone considering to get their services to be on high alert when having their cleaners over. ONE, the cleaner arrived one hour late than scheduled. It was lucky that the only person in the house did not need to leave immediately. TWO, the cleaner did not have her bag checked nor did she have the room checked before leaving. Take note! The company itself confirmed with me that this was a practice they supposedly enforced to their cleaners. Well, she didn't do it. THREE, we came home to the JBL Sprint bluetooth wireless earphones missing from the usual spot that we have always seen and placed it every single day since we bought it last mid-2018. It never left the house and never got lost. Except the day that the cleaner came to the house, with no one else in or out. Make of that as you will. FOUR, we reported this and they had updated us nicely but we were the ones that had to constantly follow-up. It dragged so much that it lasted almost a week and a half. We were even told that the manager was on leave then would come back on Monday. When Monday came, they said manager was still on leave. We never got to speak to the manager throughout the entire experience. FIVE, we were informed that the cleaner said that she did not rush heading out of the house and someone was keeping watch while she was doing the cleaning. This was obviously not true, as we knew she was left alone after a few minutes when she started cleaning. SIX, they came to the consensus that they would refund the payment but would not do anything else. I pointed out that I was surprised that they did not even give the impression that the cleaner was not reprimanded for not having her bag and room checked - a supposed standard process. SEVEN, when I was waiting for the payment - even this was delayed. Again, I had to be the one to continue following up. I was even informed that they would do it on this day but didn't so I had to follow-up again on the next day to be said the same thing. Over-all, it was just a very negative experience. This may not be a situation that reflects on the entire company, but it was such an inconvenience to us. We really felt that it was not even taken urgently. We are very disappointed and will no longer be taking their services.
