Super Terrible experience. lost a lot of clothes and underwear here..sometimes I got extra girl clothes not belong to me. Promised to delivery today. no one showed up. Not reliable at all. I wait for whole day. Keep calling them to ask just to give me many excuse or not even pick up .

Very poor service. They can delay the promise time for pickup with very rude manners... Never come back again

Lol i said that i have a flight tomorrow morning, then i pay for extra, i was call backat 9pm to check, and they said that they will deliver now, well and 40 minutes later, nothing =], and i came to store, they closed, nice service

need to call them so many times in a day just to ask or remind them to deliver the laundry. Their laundry scale is also over 0.5 so they will charge you extra. #HONESTYandNOTRELIABLE
