Worst place to stay in Makati house keeping is bad as hell maintenance is 0 have 2 elevator they shut one of them down after 10 pm n will not be on till like 8-9 am , every other day any time they have some maintenance activity going on in there god forsaken elevator ,even if you are fortunate enough to when both elsometimes it takes like 15-20 mins for elevator to arrive, the staff is ok but few them I just super rude n impolite seriously nothing good ABT the place execpt the location

Been here for checking unit. Quite old building and seems abit spooky. But the price offered is kind of low but you could get big size unit compare to other building

spacious accommodation, clean, but towels need replacing with brand new, frontdesk and some securty staff not friendly

Like the breakfast choices and friendly staff..

This is not a hotel and definitely nothing close to a 3 star.
