Outstanding accommodation! Amongst the best in Manila. Very spacious and upmarket. We always stay in a suite with Executive Club access. Outstanding service at all times. Very close to some amazing shopping over at Greenbelt. We will be back for sure.

Nice hotel in the heart of Makati city, clean surroundings and good dining, shopping possibilities at walking distance; Greenbelt, Glorietta. Rooms are clean and modern european style furnishings, friendly heartwarming staff

Recently stayed here during my mandatory quarantine after arrival from overseas and an additional two weeks after. They have a separate check-in process for those undergoing quarantine and are also staying in a separate floor. Meals were delivered thrice a day and delivered to a chair outside your room. You have to take your temp twice a day and monitor if you develop any symptoms. After getting the negative swab results, I was now moved to the regular floor. Housekeeping staff were super nice and worked fast. Buffet breakfast wasn't the same as pre-covid. Pastries at Baked were still very delicious, especially the chocolate croissant. Mashed potatoes and cheesecake from the restaurant is addictive! Resto staff make the effort to address you by name and offer you your preferences. Anyway, this place has always been a fave place to stay in Makati.

Lovely hotel with a great lounge, if you get a big room. Also the staff are all very nice.
