The Charter House

Was quarantined here. Worst thing I ever saw was a single baby roach but this place was all in all a clean and decent place to stay, and I can see how it would make for a great place to stay in Makati. I never really got to try the food, so I can’t speak for it. Most of the staff were great except for that one front desk lady. Maybe it’s just a Manila thing but her tone on the phone always gave one the impression that she has better things to do. Had I been one of my Chinese uncles/aunts she would’ve had a bad morning. Other than that though this place was pretty much perfect

Staying here at the moment coz of quarantine (3rd day) Good place but very bad internet. You'll used up all your data in your entire stay because whole day their wifi is either very very very slow or not working at all. You wont be able to do work because zoom work call cant even connect thats how slow it is.

Very convenient. Super location. Decent amenities. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Rosalina, Gian and Jess. Watch out for one male FOH. HAS A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT HOSPITALITY. Suggest that tea and coffee be made available, especially, when checking in. We had a good stay for 2 weeks.

Every clean the staff are very helpful will stay again if need be.
