So old, smells funky and dirty

Perfect Location in Legazpi Street, just opposite to Greenbelt 5, there is plenty of food options and malls around the place. Makati area is popular, clean but expensive than other areas in Manila. the furniture is so old , the staff is very good and sleep quality is good. some rooms has a bad view and only little rooms have street view. the hotel is relatively expensive to what you get. there is a kettle, and refrigerator in the room

Good space and location

The building is quite old, but it very convenient since its just infront of Greenbelt 1. And accesisble to major transportation

This hotel doesn't have parking space. Park your vehicle at Greembelt 1 or 5. No bell service. No concierge. The room that was given to us looks like either an old office or an old condo unit. Location is great but dont expect any quality/high standard hotel service and amenities. They need to update their room designs and already retile the kitchen, bathroom and discard old pieces of furniture. Dont be shocked to see some pests, too. Building is old, so what do you expect.
