I like the rooms and the lights and it was clean. Price is reasonable. They can improve the service a bit. I always had to go out of our room to ask for stuff because even if there is a service button on the remote, I don't think they are very attentive to the call on their end. And take note there are no traditional songbooks to flip through. Haha. Some of us were fumbling and fighting over the remote control to choose songs.

We booked the Presidential Room. Despite the Karaoke unit being new and somewhat state-of-the-art, the interface is very buggy and it is still hard to find the right song most of the time. The room itself feels dated and pretty much needs a major overhaul. Same goes with the comfort rooms. The food, however, is the redeeming factor. Everything that was served tasted great. Everything's seemingly hot and fresh.

Good place to go with friends and sing. Offer different size rooms for any group size. Large list of songs and if you can't find they offer YouTube which means endless possibilities.

Great place. We had a HS get together here and got a private function room. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is the bathroom in the function room. Not too clean and quite yucky. I had to use the bathroom in the club which was a floor down.

I liked the air conditioned, spacious rooms and good selection of songs. No remotes or song books are available but the songs are available digitally via a touch screen pad. The interface takes a bit of time getting used to but the staff will guide you through before using. Fun for reunions. Their large room fits well for 10-15 people.
