this place was recommended by an american we ran into at heckle & jeckle sports bar just down the street from kojax. in his opinion, kojax had the best looking women in the p. burgos street area. it was a little difficult to find at first because we didn't know they do not open until 2100 hours. the neon signage is also kept off until business hours, so locating the bar could be difficult. also, be advised it's located on the second floor of the building. i just just found the place to be eh. the girls didn't seem to be any prettier than any other place on p. burgos. the music inside is turned up so loud that you have to yell at your friend sitting next to you so you can communicate. one other thing, the waitress tried ripping my friend off by handing him a bill for over p10, 000 for several beers, so buyer beware. no, he wasn't that drunk that he paid it. he complained and they readjusted his tab. note: kojax and the plan b bar located on p. burgos are owned by the same person.
