Had breakfast at the venue. Place was very clean. Didnt have qualms entering the place. I ordered my meal n it was fast. There were only 3 staff but very efficient. Over-all i was very satisfied with everything

90% of the dishes were not available. Specially No different types pancakes, waffles were available. Only burger, one pancake, hash brown was available. The hash brown was loaded with Oil. Cleaning, staff : The staff was humble and accommodati've, clean, hygienic. Menu : Biggest trouble is they have two different menu, one you can scan which will have more options but they didn't have food to serve. Other menu which was given to us that had barely different dishes mentioned. They are not on good page looking at the compition. If you are visiting this place you are wasting your time.

Pancake House has been a classic go to place for really good pancakes and waffles. It is situated close to a school and the mall so expect it to be full at peak times. This one in Greenbelt One is no different. The menu still has the classic pancakes and waffles in different variations as well as other comfort food items such as their tacos, spaghetti (which by Filipino standards, is excellent), and milkshakes. The place is well kept, clean and neat. The place is a tad dark and needs a little more light. Not entirely spacious, one may feel a bit crowded because of how the tables are arranged. Privacy isn't that quite good as neighboring customers can easily overhear your conversations. The service is ok. The staff are courteous and friendly but they do tend to forget an order or two once in awhile (happened in two visits for me). But overall, they do take customer satisfaction at heart. All in all, despite the tight seating arrangement and somewhat dark interiors, it is a great place to go to for a quick bite.
