I understand that this is an airline company and they can be really swamped with phone calls and inquiries, but the lady I spoke with was quite rude. No friendly tone to her voice at all. Started talking fast without any concern towards the passengers request. I am not from here and I expect my home airline to at least make me feel welcomed and secure by providing me with decent service at least. It wouldn't hurt you or take too much of your time to be kind and courteous. That's what Canadian are known for, so please still try to represent despite the location of where you work. Very disappointed.
