I didn't receive my refund. Dont fly with jetstar

They canceled the flight for technical reasons (understandable) but they neglected to give alternatives to fly to Japan. After much searching and talking with the airport staff (they all said they were external to the company and therefore did not respond) they offered us the option of flying 5 days later, with the consequent damage
