Reading through the other comments, I must say that everyone has their good and bad experiences. For me though, here are what I can share through my experience. Pros: Currently, I have a pet cat which regularly getting check-ups and vaccinations. They will remind you regularly via text message if there's an upcoming appointment. Iffy (but with a positive note): I used to take care a stray cat that got sick. I was able to identify what caused the sickness (worm) and took the cat to the clinic. Gave them the information and they gave him proper medicine for deworming. They recommended to have him confined there to take other tests but I said no (it's expensive, around 1500 pesos per day if I remember correctly). Anyway, fast track... I took care of the stray cat until he fully recovered. Now, the little critter is happy, making plenty of kids (I should have had him neutered -_-).

Caring, helpful, value for money. My rescued and malnourished kitten got better in a week after Dok’s advice. He even gave me a bit of cat food and syringes to help feed my cat.

There should be an option for negative stars. Dont know who the guy that answered the phone but he was super rude. He clearly didnt want to assist me in checking my dog's records. He asked for my last name... gave it to him.. galit pa cya kasi apparently they have so many clients with the same last name. He was very annoyed that he needed to help me. After i asked if i can just show the baby book to another vet that is walking distance, and if a diff vet would be able to understand the messy booklet... i explained na bec i might need a pass pa to visit makati due to covid19 gcq. He answred yes. I said thank you very nicely tapos binagsakan niya ako... -_- tip lang if wala ka sa mood sumagot ng maayos or tumulong - let someone else answer the phone! Grrr!!

Not attentive staff. Dog food variety lacking

Had bad experienced here with my 1st buddy.the vet said he will be fine but after 3 days my buddy died. Not all vets are unprofessional in this clinic. So you better ask questions or queries to know if the vet handling your buddy are professional and really knows what they are doing.if you feel they're not then you are free to leave. Look somewhere else. If you just want some vaccinations, records, consultations and simple medications they can really help you.BUT if you have some unusual case, problems or sicked buddies DON'T ever try to risk your buddies life here.its NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE. seek other clinic. because some of their VET really don't care with your loveones.For you and your buddies sake.
