What a very bad experience! Very unprofessional male dentist! Don’t ever have your dental services done here. The owners and staff are very rude and unaccommodating. No proper scheduling protocols set in place. Very unclear rules about walk-in visits and appointments. I was there at 12pm today and 1 patient was ahead of me so I asked if I could be at my place which is just a few blocks away and be texted when it’s my turn rather than staying inside his clinic because it was very small with visitor chairs very close to each other putting me at risk of exposure to COVID-19. 1 hour and 30mins passed, I never received any calls or texts so I went back to his clinic. To my surprise, another patient was already served and 1 more patient was in queue. I confronted the owner about this and he just brushed off my complaint and wanted to end the conversation rather than apologising! Very unprofessional and very rude. Typical entitled dentist in the Philippines. What a waste of my time indeed. I could’ve spent my time in other important things rather than waiting for nothing! What kind of dentist are you, doc? Want me to report you to city hall for violating social distancing protocols? Shame on you! Worse customer service I have with a dentist. 🤮
