Lucena LTO remarkably adjusted to the new normal in swift processing of car registration renewal. Less charges for the sticker, hence there is NO need for windshield sticker.

Good fast service.

It took me a couple of hours to get my non-professional license. It seems that there are very few instructors to handle all the applicants, they even seem to be going back and forth to the second floor office after each practical exam. The written exam was quickly checked through a scanner, although the queuing inside the office was really taking a lot of time.

It was unbearable being here. The place was too small, lacked chairs and their printer broke whicg lead to a 1-2 hour delay. This is the most pathetic thing I've ever witnessed.
