fyi bdo limketkai there is an employee whose name is ALVIN G. PASTOR, does not know how to talk well to his client and is still arrogant..... so rude!!!! In this time of crises he has to practice how to deal to his client....

Worst customer service!! BDO should be ashamed saying you find ways cause you've actually done NOTHING for your clients. Full of excuses and doesn't assume responsibility. Such lousy service.. smh

I visited here only once and I was shocked at how rude the manager, Marisa Masongsong, was. Apparently they had a misunderstanding with the bdo branch I was with and made it a point to remind me I was not a client of hers and was the other branches' client and went as far as telling me "I don't even know you!" Despite being polite to her and explained for the other branches' mistake (and not even mine), she gave me this unexplainable attitude from the very start! It would have made sense if she just called the bank manager and not rant to an unknowing BDO client at that! But she refused because the other branch was supposed to approach her first. Well, thanks to you, I was so turned off by the whole experience that I do not want to be a client at your branch in the near future and refuse to come back to your branch. The other branch has since already apologized to me.

ATM Depository Great service ATM that allows deposits 24/7. Good for sending cash without fees and also for funding checks for the day. STAFF Accomodating Branch Manager. Very professional and has great public relations. Well-mannered banking staff and tellers. Cues for the tellers can go crazy at times due to lack of the number of tellers servicing clients. PARKING My favorite part of this bank is the spacious parking. You can park within the building or beside the building. It also has a lot of guards servicing the parking areas. They can help in properly placing your vehicles. BUILDING Loans department is housed on the 3rd floor. For both cars and real estate. The leasing department is still found at the lapasan branch. While foreclosed properties for vehicles is with the unit in Cogon, close to Oro Rama.

CDM or cash deposit machine is always out of service. Useless service offered by this branch. Very slow teller inside the branch.
