We have been advised to send requirements to reactivate our dormant account since we are now residing outside the city. The personnel i spoke with promised that they will activate it as soon as they have the documents. We have done this on our BPI branch a couple of days after. Until now, we are waiting. we tried calling but nobody is available to answer. such a bad experience banking with this branch.

Took me eternity just to make a transaction. Better try other branches. If I were the owner of this branch, I would fire everyone and hire more competent employees.

I hated the man who responded my call to let me come of their office because there are plenty of customers waiting in his desk...how about me who lives two hr drive by own car from the city? Hope you accommodate customers well whether by phone or in person.

Convenient for banking transactions because of its location. Quite a crowd here after office hours but if you are willing to brave through the queue, this is the place to be.

I like this bank since it has an ATM that allows deposits to another BPI ATM account without having to cue in line. There are times that the depository ATM boggs down which I think is normal. Service from bank personnel needs a lot of improvement though. They have ID tags that say 'we are customer-xentric.' That still needs to be proven. There was an instance when I opened a corporate account, the bank officer (newbie) seemed confused on the needed documents. That account openong took more than an hour. Same experience with personnel at their lapasan branch. And even with their loans personnel. No sense of urgency and no concern for the client's time.
