I have multiple accounts from other banks but this is so far the best bank when it comes to online banking, paying bills, fund transfers to another local banks. Very convenient and they process the transactions online very fast.

There has been some inconsistency with requirements for Joint account (OR ). From start when we deposited the money our understanding would be that anyone can transact without the need of the other as opposed to AND account. The joint owner only requested for bank certificate but was refused without my SPA.

They need to ensure all counters are open. Been waiting for about an hour for Checkwriters and the ladies havent returned. Moreover, this bank touts being digital but they havent even added this branch for online queueing. Pretty bad service

Friendly staff. For over-the-counter transactions, avoid going there between 12:30PM-2:00PM to avoid the long queue; better avail of their online portal.
