I called the branch with my concern and here's what I experience; 1. Super worse customer service. 2. She can't answer my question regarding my concern. (he seems irritated). 3. End our conversation with no concrete answer from her. I know that because his account concern at new accounts is his. 4. There is no initiative to ask those who are with him or who knows. In short he didn't have the right answers given. gravehhhh !!! Never again! I'll just pay for this inebye already.
