Era did a great job with my cut & style. The staff were all so friendly. I highly recommend this salon.
Went there quarter to 7 and was told by the stylist she will be going out soon. She was talking to us but not a single glance made. Was busy with her phone. Went back the following day and again the staff were not accommodating and instead told us the stylist is on break for 30mins to 1 hour. They were not even sure. The third time we came back after an hour, again they said they stylist is not available. This salon is not customer friendly at all. I won’t ever recommend it to anyone.
