I had PMS before 20km odo and took 28thou of my innova.. not like in toyota otis that they have cctv u can look up to ur car service.. i dont have a pictures to me but when i get my innova the engine is too messy.. inside and outside hindi ni linis.. imagine ur paying 28thousand..then sa labas is 7thousand lang.. kaya ayusin nyo service nyo.. tarunga inyong trabaho..

Staffs are accomodating, building is new and looks extravagant. Although, you might feel a little bit of discomfort when you get inside as the ACs are turned off. Probably as safety measure against COVID and cost saving initiatives.

Its hot inside the building. Servicing should last for around maximum of 5 minutes so paying customers wont experience 8 hours of discomfort.

TOYOTA Maintenance service agent was the worst 😠😡🤬. I did an appointment for the 1st 1k odo maintenance on Monday (9/21/20). At the time that i called, she told me that i can have it Friday afternoon. She asked me if i have other concerns about the car and I said yes. Then she told me that for that specific check-up, we can have it on Saturday morning with additional payment. Then, i told her, I'm not sure if I'll be having that specific check-up since I'm on a tight budget and it has additional payment. Nevertheless, she assured me I'll have 2 schedules, on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. She even told me that she'll call me on Thursday to remind the client about the appointment. On Thursday, i i haven't received any call from her. So, i called her. But unfortunately, the line was busy. Since,i have a busy day that time, i wasn't able to call her again. On Friday, i asked someone(since i don't want to absent from work) to travel the car early in the morning since I'm from outside Cagayan de oro(very far from cdo to a point that we have to travel by sea and by land combined just to reach cdo😠). At around 8:30am, i was shocked when she told me about my appointment on Saturday morning. But then, i told her she have me scheduled on Friday afternoon the last time we have our conversation. But she insisted she did not and keep blaming me from not understanding what she said 😠🤬😡. I was very furious for her being like that. I was very sure what she told me last Monday about the appointment and told me now the other way. But then, since my friend already traveled the car on it's way to cdo, the only thing that we can do is to be a "walk-in client". I was very disappointed ☹️ and hoping the management will do a favorable action regarding this matter. Thank you for your time. God bless.
