This Dental clinic especially the Dentist and the staff deserves 5 stars, The clinic was very clean and sterile. They are very friendly and always have a happy environment. The Dentist and her staff always joke around toward each other, so you feel at ease all the time. Dr. Audrey Cagaanan Bangcong is very sweet. I have been there twice because I undergo TMJ treatment which she specialist. And I'm about to go there for my follow-up check-up after my tooth extraction. They are very professional with their works. Always took pictures for documentation and will send to your messenger right away. They also have an accurate Panoramic dental x-ray. I highly recommend ACB dental clinic. You can also ask for a free online consultation just like I did the first time and Doc Audrey calls me immediately. For your tooth 🦷 problem or restoration feel free to contact them. Services kinda pricey but it's worth the price though. I Hope this review helpful to all of you.
Dr. Audrey performed services on a patient who is a beneficiary of myself, for the patient's lateral maxillary incisors had caries and were causing causing extreme discomfort, but Dr. Audrey's overall behavior signified she is more concerned about making money than she is concerned about helping her patients receive healing. Even though Dr. Audrey's website said that consultations were to be free of charge, I was immediately told that there would be a fee, and Dr. Audrey deflected responsibility and said that she didn't have control over her own website. During the consultation, she suggested that the patient receive Root Canal Treatment on both teeth and that the patient should cap the incisors with crowns at a later time following the RCT, so I asked Dr. Audrey to proceed with the RCT and told her that I would consider paying for crowns. However, when the patient returned to Dr. Audrey without me to receive the RCT, she told the patient that the treated teeth would turn black if crowns weren't purchased immediately. I believe that this tactic was done so that Dr. Audrey could meet her own financial obligations and not because she was concerned for the patients well-being, for the patient has beautiful, healthy, flawless enamel and healthy dentin (and after 3 months the teeth are still has white as any other healthy tooth). Another issue arose when the same incisors began to hurt again one month after the procedure: upon returning to see Dr. Audrey, she told the patient that she would not correct her mistake, that the patient would be financially responsible to fix the failed RCT, and that it was the patient's own fault that Dr. Audrey's root canal therapy failed since crowns were placed on the teeth. I am a licensed dental professional in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and an affiliate of Harvard University, and I can confidently state that no medical research or dental hygiene case findings support that which Dr. Audrey alluded to, and I am deeply troubled that Dr. Audrey seems more concerned about making money than she does practicing dentistry with a regard for patients' health. I suggest that Dr. Audrey listen to her own conscious and follow healthcare ethics, as she is expected to as a professional, an action which could be quickly manifested if Dr. Audrey were to apologize that the RCT failed and offer the patient respite by reattempting the work.
Had a root canal redone last year( orig.done in US several yrs. ago but had infection issues). Dr. Bangcong did a great n thorough job on it and put me on antibiotics for a total of 3 weeks after 3 visits. Got no problem after that. It's been a year now. Thanx for the help, Dr. B. n staff. Will probably visit u guys soon as i get back in Pinas.
