Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I heard a staff at the back laughed at and made jokes about my procedure to another employee there. When I confronted a staff about it, they merely acknowledged that somebody did laugh and didn't even apologize or reprimand their co-worker. I don't feel safe going here knowing that this happens behind the customers back.

Im giving them 0.5 star. Male dentist was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Poor customer service.
