Have a wide variety of products from Can goods, Fish, Pork, Beef, Chicken and etc.. Not spacious but can accommodate a lot of customers..

When it comes to the worst customer service among department stores, a lot of gaisano stores are winners! Poor customer service to the max. I shopped in one of their stores where I put the items in their shopping basket. Went to the cashier to pay. To save time and stuff, I placed the basket on the cashier’s table, expecting her to grab each item herself, punch each then to the bagger. It was early in the morning and no other customer was there. Cashier was not doing anything before I stepped in. Once I placed the basket o the table, she clasped her hands, looked at me and told me this, “Put your items on the table first.” Like, what? You could have just simply grabbed it, punch and give to the bagger. But she insisted and I was in a hurry. So she won, but in truth with such poor customer service, it’s the store’s loss. There are a lot more competence around with better customer service worth appreciating. I also wanted to buy a shampoo. They had the ones in sachet in their department store section, but the bottled ones are in another section that I had to pay my group of items separately. Then there was this experience of buying their home appliance item where part of this is the customer will have to walk down to their customer service office to get a warranty signed, which if lucky you get it right away or fall in line. Cashiers are not authorized to do this so customers have to double work. There you go, Gaisano. Best in poor customer service!
