I bought my laptop here on December 2018, it was Acer Swift 3. After a few months the hinges of my laptop was broken so I have to bring it back to them, after 45 of waiting it was fixed. But when I got it back again, nasira na man yung screen nag white screen lang siya binalik ko ulit, it was discovered na nasira yung LCD so another 45 days almost 2 months of waiting, and then when I got it back again nasira na naman yung hinges ng laptop ko. Nag send ako ng letter of complain to Acer, to change the unit na but they did not all they did was inayos lang ulit at ngayon na end na ang warranty ko, nasira na talaga yung mother board. :((( Please be careful in choosing your gadget, I also hope that they will replace it, pang thesis at school ko yun d ko nasulit ang 1 year :((((( I give 2 because the staff are really good though
