Picture City (Limketkai Mall)

Their shop is located conveniently and very easy to find at the ground floor of limketkai mall.

Their Rush ID is too expensive. 140 pesos! And you have to add 50 pesos to have a soft copy. They didn’t even offer me a suit for a visa pictorial. Their photographer doesn’t even know how to shoot properly. She was shooting above the standard eye level. Very disappointing.

I really love Picture City especially at Limketkai Mall. Every time I need a quick Photo Print for my ID Picture, Picture City got my back. Recommended!

Poor customer service! I’d rather have my ID taken at Photoline Pro SM Downtown. Not worth the money. They have additional charges for formal attire and nametag which will cost you atleast 100.00 while in Photoline the package is worth 85.00 ONLY with very detailed editing and suitable for all customer’s needs (background color, formal, etc).

You are unprofessional to handle the old customer's handling. They are also in the midst of being confused. It's been 2 weeks since I got my frame. There's no old man who can not have the background for 2 weeks as I get it "I'm okay to wait for it" he said "I can not afford it anymore" I dropped my employer I choose the color in my background picture okay raman like light gray. Older ones who are not uniform is the problem. 5star to his employees. Negative 5 in the elderly. Be aware.
