I'm a regular customer in shell lapasan because it's near at my workplace. I have no problems with their services but recently I had a problem regarding with my tire pressure. Instead of adding pressure to my tire it went the other way. So I asked some assistance and then they just ignored me. I kept trying to fix it for like 20 minutes and they just continued to ignore me. It takes years to find loyal customers and seconds to lose one.
