One of the decent gyms in the city. They have free weights, lots of machines, even KB of heavy weights, barbells. though they dont have bumper plates ther plates are made o rubber (i forgot the name) Your heavy lifts would be limited due to few squat racks. But i think you can do deadlifts of heavy load since their floor has rubber. They also dont have platforms pala. Overall, This gym is okay! It's very cheap na for the services they catered. It's great for the general public, since you do lots of exercises. It's also great for hypertrophy-goals individuals. Though it's not ideal for powerlifters and oly lifters, but you can modify your workouts naman.

A bit outdated gym but they have many gym equipment options plus they're well maintained. It is also very spacious gym.

How much for the ji jutsu training? How much for the monthly fee for using the gym?

Best gym in cdo! I just gave it 4 stars because of the limited parking space. The monthly fee is 800 pesos, and there's an additional 1,000 pesos one time payment lifetime membership fee for new members. Keep in mind that there's no free drinking water here, so it's best you bring your own.

Jiu jitsu classes are held everyday (except sundays) 7 to 9 pm. No previous martial art experience needed. Everyone is welcome. First 2 classes are FREE! Jiu jitsu class for kids every Saturdays 5pm.
