Don't hate it

I am so disappointed with this hospital, I honestly thought that because this is private, the service will be good. My father was having a hard time breathing because of his heart illness which is the expansion of his heart, and he really needed the fast medical attention. My father suffered for more than 4 hours before he couldn't take it anymore and decided to transfer to another hospital. I honestly don't have any idea what your nurses were doing back then, they just pass by us like they didn't care that our patient is almost having a heart attack. If I could give zero star I would have done it.

Some personnels are very disrespectful towards the patient. But if the patient is foreigner looking, they are very courteous. Their attitude can be described as power tripping knowing that the welfare of the patient is in their hands, while ignoring the fact that one day they will become patients themselves.

I didn't know S2 prescriptions are FOR SALE in this hospital. P200-P300 per prescription. Money making!!! What happpened was when this doctor mistakenly wrote the number of dosage. My mom had to come back and ask for the corrections, and yet she was asked to pay for another P300 for the doctor's mistake in transcribing! A grand total of P600!!! Another loophole is that the SO (significant other/ family member) were asked to approach these S2 Doctors for the prescriptions. I think, it should be the nurses responsibility since it is regulated drug for an admitted patient. Shout-out to PDEA! #abuseofS2

The best hospital and medical staff in Cagayan de Oro City! I love it.
