Very good hospital. But if you are into hospitals like Makati Med or St Luke in Manila, then this not in par with these high-end hospitals. However, it has the basic needs for a hospital to serve various illnesses from basic to critical care. It has complete facilities and competent doctors. Highly recommended.
The staff is unprofessional. They need training on patient care and patient confidentiality. Very careless and embarassing.
Had horrible experience in the ward regarding my 4-month-old son who was admitted due to dengue and pneumonia. I talked to the Director of Nursing regarding the number of untoward incidents but was told to just send a formal letter to the hospital email address.
Unfortunately, she gave me an email address that does not exist, so the issues were never resolved.
Decent hospital room. We were just having problems with the noise as construction was ongoing below our room and it really bothered our daughter who was the one confined. My wife also did not appreciate the dust brought about by the said construction.
Tv has no remote, there was no remote for the a/c as well, no telephone unit as well inside the room. Their nurses were understaffed as well that affected their responsiveness when we needed something from them.
If you want to stay alive don't go to this hospital. The wife of my wife's oldest brother was admitted there and she died of an infection. She was only in her early 30's She was denied entry in the ICU unless a payment of 30,000 pesos was handed over which absolutely sickens me. Even though that payment was made on Wednesday she passed away on Sunday. If she were in the states I am sure she would have survived. These people are beyond incompetent and only care about getting payment. I am sure that if it was one of them who was sick they would be demanding immediate care and treatment without having to pay the fees. These people should be investigated thoroughly and thrown in jail if it is discovered that her death could have been prevented with proper care. I have no doubt in my mind that she received substandard care which was the real reason she passed away, not from the infection itself. Now, they are demanding a payment of 50,000 pesos in order to release her death certificate. I don't even want to give them 1 star but I cannot give 0.
