In my experience, they offer cheapest stanley tools in Tagbilaran. Cheap THHN wires. Worth a visit if you want to save on materials (electrical supplies in my experience). Recommended by a friend who also does electrical wiring for houses and buildings. He told me, 3A builders' got the lowest rice for electrical work supplies.

Staff are liars and idiots. You're better off buying from other top hardware stores in Tagbilaran city than dealing with their staff who act like they own the place. Save yourselves from unnecessary stress!
